Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery
We ship New Zealand-wide via courier for a flat rate of $6.99. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

Local pickup
Free local pickup is available in Kaiapoi. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect.

Lost or damaged parcels
All items are carefully packed. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't turn up, please contact us at Simplybcrystals@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
