Simplyb Crystals & Gift Shop started as a side project in early 2019 as a shop ran from home wanting to offer people a place to buy healing crystals locally in North Canterbury. After a few years the business grew substantially by local support that it was time to move into a bigger space on the main street of Kaiapoi.
Initially ran by Alison & volunteers, we became a family-run store when Josh came on board with the support from an amazing team on a mission to provide a welcoming and warm shopping experience to all. We aim to be able to provide a space where anyone from any walk of life can pick something up from us such as tumbles used for a variety of different purposes, all the way to those statement pieces to display at home. We also provide a range of thoughtful gifts alongside the crystals to treat yourself or someone special.
It was always been our dream to provide and offer an accessible place to buy crystals and thoughtful gifts for people and we hope to continue this journey for many more years to come. We appreciate all of those who have been able to help this dream come true through locals and those on travelling around New Zealand who stop by to visit our store.
Ethically-sourced Crystals
Simplyb prides itself on the quality of transparency when it comes to where we buy our crystals from. We partner with those who can guarantee the crystals are actually from where they are claimed to be - this tells us two things - we know if the villages and towns working in the mines are compensated properly and if the crystals are of a good quality and standard that we would be happy to sell to our customers. We believe if we are selling crystals, they need to resemble the standard that we would be happy with ourselves
