Refund policy
Change of mind
We're happy to accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of purchase (or of delivery, for online orders), provided the item is unused, in the same condition we sold it to you in, and you have proof of purchase. Return postage is at your cost. For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on earrings. This is our own goodwill policy, offered in addition to your rights below.
Faulty or damaged items
If something is faulty or arrives damaged, you're covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Depending on the nature of the fault we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it. Please get in touch as soon as you notice the problem, with proof of purchase — we'll cover return postage for genuine faults.
There's no fixed time limit on this, but it isn't open-ended either: the law asks how long an item like that could reasonably be expected to last, taking its type and price into account. A statement piece is held to a higher standard than an inexpensive tumble stone.
What isn't covered
Crystals and natural stones vary in colour, shape, size and markings, and often contain natural inclusions, cracks and rough edges. That's the nature of the material, not a fault. We also can't cover damage from dropping or misuse, normal wear and tear, or a fault we pointed out at the time of sale. Some stones need particular care — selenite is soft and shouldn't be washed or left damp, and stones such as amethyst and rose quartz can fade in direct sunlight. Damage from not following care guidance isn't covered.
