Return policy
Change of mind: we accept returns within 7 days of purchase (or of delivery, for online orders) if the item is unused and in the same condition, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we can't take change-of-mind returns on earrings.
Faulty or damaged items are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act, with no fixed time limit. See our refund policy for the details.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality, ethically sourced, and fair priced.
Opening Hours
Monday and Tuesday: 9am – 4pm
Wednesday to Friday: 9am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 10am – 4pm
Sunday: 10am – 3pm

You can book a reading with Alison by filling out the a 'book a reading' form found at the top right of the webpage - alternatively call the store and we can get you in contact with her.
