Return policy
We have a 7 day return policy for damaged or change of mind if they the item is in the same condition we sold them to you in.
We cannot return any earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Manufacturing
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality, ethically sourced, and fair priced.
Opening Hours
We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm & weekends 10am - 3pm

How Do I Book a Reading?
You can book a reading with Alison by filling out the a 'book a reading' form found at the top right of the webpage - alternatively call the store and we can get you in contact with her.
